Nixie the Siren and Manta the Mermaid

These character designs are a collaboration with a friend of mine, SA Hart. These are Nixie the Siren and her best friend Manta the Mermaid. Nixie is a siren in the Mermaid Kingdom and lives in secrecy because sirens are reviled by merfolk and humans. She is taken care of by her adoptive father, a merman named Troy. But one day she's discovered by a mermaid named Manta, but Manta is a very sweet young girl who befriends Nixie. Nixie ends up learning about her mysterious past because they discover she can transform into the legendary Mermaid Knight, despite being a siren. Huge thanks to my friend SA hart for working on these designs with me to create unique designs we are both very proud of that are distinct from the rest of our work.
